Hip flexor test

Tight or Flexible?

Hey hey!  Mahalo for watching another one of my health and fitness videos. I hope you find them helpful and become part of your fitness journey!  Let me know how you're doing on progress!  



This video goes through a basic test that will help you determine if you have tight hip flexors (psoas muscle group) or tight quads.  If you have some lower back pain, it could be from the tight hip flexors.  



The main culprit that shortens and tightens this muscle group is sitting!  This can be easily solved! hip flexor test
